Aerospace Design Facilities Limited was formed in January 2000 and has rapidly grown into a well-respected European (EASA) design organisation. Further development of the business led to the addition of Military Design and Manufacturing approvals, along with ISO accreditation.
We hold EASA Part 21 J, MAA Design and Manufacturing approval (DAOS) and ISO9001:2008 and combined with our flair for innovation and design, we expanded our services to include production, ensuring that our designs are never left behind due to products not being available on the open market.
We explore the client's specific requirements and apply a flexible, efficient and innovative approach using our expertise in order to offer unique, bespoke services and products. Services and products above the ordinary are part of our curriculum. We recognise that no two projects are the same and we pride ourselves on offering a tailored service to every client.

AS Aerospace Limited was formed in December 2010, initially as a production arm of it's sister company Aerospace Design Facilities Limited and obtained European (EASA) production approval. When the business moved to Denham Aerodrome in 2012, AS Aerospace expanded the approvals to include full EASA Part 145 approvals. For a full list of supported aircraft types see our approvals page. To further improve our support to our customers we increased the scope of EASA approvals further with the addition of Continuing Airworthiness Management services. This approval now offers Owners and Operators to remain compliant with Part-M under provision of associated Contracts or Sub-contracts, as application to operation related to individual aircraft. We have been granted approvals the regulatory authority (the CAA), in relation to the Continuing Airworthiness Management of aircraft under our control. The approval also covers Subpart I of Annex I (Part M) which authorises AS Aerospace Limited to issue Airworthiness Review Certificates after an Airworthiness Review has been carried out.
