 Purpose of the Role:  

The overarching role for the Airworthiness Administrator is as follows:

  • Support the Continuing Airworthiness Manager and the team in their daily duties and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for the Management of Aircraft Technical Records.
  • Responsible for ensuring all publications and documentation used by the organisation are available and up to date.
  • Ensure all maintenance records are retained and preserved as required by the Regulatory Authority.
  • Provide administrative support to the CAMO.
Experience Required:  

Previous experience working within the Aviation industry preferred but not essential.

Qualifications & Experience:  
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage day to day communications effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder expectations and needs.
  • Ability to manage and follow up customer requirements and short term actions.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • IT/IS Computer literacy.
  • The ability to compile comprehensive technical reports as required.
Job Description:  
  • Manage the procedures revision and document control process as described in AS Aerospace Technical Procedures Manual. 
  • Prepare new sections or revisions to existing Technical Publications in conjunction with the Process Owner/Department. 
  • Provide support to the Planning and Maintenance Support team to ensure all aircraft records are filed and stored in accordance with AS Aerospace Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition and Technical Procedures Manual.
  • Develop and enhance technical publications and technical records processes and procedures to ensure that information required to perform their duties are available to all AS Aerospace personnel.
  • Provide administrative support to the AS Aerospace CAMO.

Job Role: B2 Licensed Engineer &  B1.3 Licensed Engineer 

AS Aerospace Limited are currently recruiting for Rotary Wing B1.3 and B2 Licensed Engineers.  The Company is EASA Part 145 Rotary maintenance and has various other Approvals enabling design, manufacturing, installations, modifications and Continuing Airworthiness. 

The ideal candidate would have an EASA Part 66 B2 or B1.3 License, preferably with rotary aircraft types as shown below, although not essential;

  • Leonardo 109 Series, 139
  • Bell 429
  • Airbus 350, 355, 130, 365, 155, 135
  • Sikorsky S-76

Type courses available to the right candidate.


Qualifications & Requirements:  
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, willing to learn and be self-motivated.
  • Be competent with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and encourage more junior members of the team.
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt under pressure.
  • EU driving license. 

The Licensed Engineer's post is responsible for overseeing the work on the aircraft, making sure all work carried out is of an exceptionally high standard and that Company Procedures are followed in a safe and effective manner. 




Purpose of the Role:  

The overarching role for the Stores Controller is as follows:

  • Receiving all deliveries and checking for damaged packages.
  • Inspection of spares and checking all release paperwork meets necessary requirements.
  • Bookings all spares onto MRO system for stock, aircraft and projects.
  • Controlling issuing of spares, consumables and oils.
  • Managing all outbound shipment's with various couriers.
  • Controlling all products & consumables with a shelf life.
  • Maintaining and updating Quarantine store.
  • General housekeeping within stores.
  • Raising purchase and repair orders to Suppliers.
  • Liaising with suppliers via email/telephone.
  • Quoting aircraft parts to external customers. 
Experience Required:  
  • Previous experience working in Stores is essential.
  • Good written and verbal English.
  • Good customer care skills.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and quick to learn.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good computer skills - experienced using Microsoft Office & Excel at an advanced level.
  • Proactive with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking.
  • Capable to priorities and focus even in situations with high workload.
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Willing to learn attitude.
Main Responsibilities:  
  • Goods Inwards Control (Receiving & Inspection of Aircraft parts).
  • Upkeep of Quarantine Stores/Unsalvageable items.
  • Upkeep Bonded Store.
  • Parts issued to aircraft/work orders etc.
  • Packaging & dispatch of goods.
  • Maintaining usage rates and spares holding, informing the Commercial/Logistics Manager if stocks are reduced or likely to be reduced to an unacceptable limit.
  • Upkeep of Oil Stores and minimum levels.
  • Control of all products and consumables with a Shelf Life. 
  • Liaising with courier, Freight Agents with regards to collections.
  • Stock taking.
  • External Parts Sales transactions (Picking, packing, quoting and invoicing).
  • Raising purchase & repair orders.
  • General House Keeping.
  • Any other request made by the Commercial / Logistics Manager.
